Dress of the Day: Schiaparelli, 1930s. Marlene Dietrich was one of the stars dressed by Schiaparelli. The bold design in this knit piece suits Dietrich's dramatic style. And she gets the plume of cigarette smoke just so! I decided to feature Schiaparelli again today because of the thoughtful comments on yesterday's dress.
