Dress of the Day - June 19, 2011
Dress of the Day: Bernard Newman's gown for Ginger Rogers in Top Hat (1935). Some film buffs might recognize this as the gown for Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers dancing "Cheek to Cheek." It's a classic example of unbelievable 1930s film glamour.
